Here at Paula's we are dedicated to strictly following the pandemic health and safety guidelines put forth by the state and the public health department. Our main priority is to keep our clients and staff protected and healthy during these trying times. We cannot thank you enough for your patience and cooperation as we implement the necessary measures to provide the safest experience at our salon.
We kindly ask that all clients complete a Client Health Questionnaire before their scheduled appointment. Please print and complete the form and bring it with you to your appointment. This helps us to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff prior to your services. Thank you!
HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS
HOURS AND SCHEDULING
Because social distancing guidelines require us to stagger appointments, we are not following our regular salon hours. Stylists are contacting their own clients and organizing their schedules individually. To make an appointment please call the salon and leave a message for your stylist who will return your call.
ENTERING THE SALON
Once you arrive at the parking lot for your appointment, please call the salon to let us know you are here. We will return your call once your stylist is ready and at that time you may enter the salon. Upon entry we will ask you to present your client health questionnaire and sanitize at our sanitation station.
We cannot accept walk-ins until further notice; services are by appointment only. No more than ten people are permitted in the salon at one time, and we ask that you come to your appointment alone and with minimal belongings. All styling, coloring, and washing stations are spaced according to distancing guidelines.
Masks are required at all times in the salon. Our staff are equipped with masks, gloves, and face shields at all times. We have installed plexiglass guards at reception and the nail stations.
The salon is professionally sanitized on a regular basis. Stations, seats, and sinks are thoroughly cleaned in between clients. All towels and capes are single-use and are washed after each use.
We are currently accepting payment via cash, check, or card, and change is available. Please note that we cannot add tips on card payments.
