While we are thrilled to be open and to meet your beauty needs once again, things are a bit different at the salon. We are following the strict guidelines required by the state and board of health. Our #1 priority is to keep our clients and employees protected and healthy during these trying times. We have had the salon professionally cleaned and sanitized for everyone's safety. We can't thank you enough for your patience and cooperation as we implement the necessary requirements to provide the safest experience at our salon.
We kindly ask that all clients complete a Client Health Questionnaire before their scheduled appointment. Please print and complete the form and bring it with you to your appointment. This helps us to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff prior to your services. Thank you!
HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Salon Hours and Scheduling
For the time being we will not be following our regular salon hours, as social distancing guidelines require us to stagger appointments and limit the number of people in the salon to 10 at a time. Stylists will be contacting their own clients and are organizing their own schedules. If you would like to make an appointment, please call the salon and leave a message, and your stylist will return your call.
There are no walk-ins until further notice, appointments only. No more than 10 people are permitted in the salon at a time, and we ask that you come alone to your appointment. All styling, coloring, and washing stations are distanced.
Keep possessions minimal as we are not taking coats or bags. Leave personal belongings in the car if possible. We will not be offering refreshments or magazines.
Entering the Salon
Once you arrive at the parking lot for your appointment, please call the salon to let us know you are here. We will let you know when your stylist is ready and at that time you may enter the salon (masks required). Upon entry we will ask you to sanitize at our sanitation station. We have had the salon professionally cleaned and sanitized for your safety.
Masks are required to enter the salon. All of our employees wear masks, gloves, and face shields at all times and conversation is kept minimal. Plexiglass guards are installed at reception and the nail stations.
Stations, seats, and sinks are thoroughly sanitized between clients. Towels and capes are single-use and are washed after each use.
We are currently accepting payment via cash, check, or card, and change is available. Please note that we cannot add tips on card payments.
